The design and the smart and sleek look of the phone will persuade one into buying it.
Available in black, brown and silver colors, the phone offers an exceptional audio and visual quality. It offers a fine camera of 3.15 megapixels with a picture resolution of 2048*1536 pixels. Also
good news for music lovers out there- HTC Touch2 offers MP4, WMV, WAV and eAAC+ music player. The phone promises an excellent video watching experience due to the presence of audio boosters.
HTC Touch2 allows unlimited data transfer from compatible devices. The phone provides excellent connectivity. Data transfer is easy with the help of USB port and Bluetooth 2.0 with A2DP. There is
also a provision to zoom the downloaded text. The handset provides Wi-Fi feature to boot. The phone makes use of Qualcomm MSM7225 528 MHz processor technology with GPS as an additional feature.
Text, music and images are backed up using My Phone service.
The phone boasts of 2.8 inches 65K-color QVGA display and a MS Office Mobile document editor. MS application programs for example Excel, PowerPoint and Word are an added advantage.Windows
Marketplace for mobile allows downloading a range of programmed applications. The phone supports 2G as well as 3G networks. The phone has a practically unlimited memory for call records and
contacts. The internal memory is 256MB.
The looks of the phone suggest that the phone is quite a durable one. The buttons of this touch sensitive phone are easy to press. Handwriting recognition, touch sensitive zoom bar, accelerometer
sensor for auto rotate and finger swipe navigation are some other distinct characteristics of this smart phone.Wireless is great, it allows me to connect my printer, PC tablet, set top box and of
course use my mobile for voice and data. But if I need a proper connection, I will still connect to wired connection whenever possible. The trouble with Wi-Fi in my neighborhood is everybody else
also has Wi-Fi and the problem with that is the limited number of wireless channels available.
The end result is that despite my best attempts of moving my access points around and channel hopping, inevitably my neighbours will configure their access point to use the same channel, and that
causes my Wi-Fi to choke. The problem is made worse with wider bandwidth 802.11n or the 105Mbps access points, better antennas, range boosters, everyone is fighting for the same limited set of
channels in the same chunk of noisy spectrum, which is also shared with my microwave oven.
